In the past nine years The Bucky Golf Tournament has raised over half a million dollars for charity!
In 2016 we raised $17,000 for BRRX4Vets.
In 2017 we exceeded that amount and were able to contribute another $20,000 to BRRX4Vets and $15,000 to Coaches vs. Cancer.
In 2018 we raised $55,000! We were able to give $35,000 to Coaches vs. Cancer and $20,000 to BRRX4Vets!
In 2019 we raised $73,500 with $40,000 going to Coaches vs. Cancer, $20,000 to Folds of Honor, $12,500 to Fort Sill’s Toys for Kids Christmas program and $1,000 to The Center For Individuals with Physical Challenges in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In 2020, we sadly chose not to hold The Bucky due to the Covid pandemic. Even so, due to a few very generous donors, we were still able to raise $15,000. We chose to give this $15,000 to The Center For Individuals with Physical Challenges.
In 2021 we were excited to be able to gather again for The Bucky and we raised $53,500! We gave $32,000 to Coaches vs. Cancer, $20,000 to Folds of Honor and $1,500 to The Center For Individuals with Physical Challenges.
In 2022 we had another outstanding year where we raised 85,000 for charity; $50,000 for Coaches vs. Cancer, $25,000 to Folds of Honor and $10,000 for The Center.
In 2023 we continued to beat our previous years total by raising $95,000 for charity! We gave $55,000 to The Eddie Sutton Foundation (formerly know as Coaches vs. Cancer), $30,000 to Folds of Honor and $10,000 to The Center
2024 saw the same results as 2023 and we were able to duplicate our donations to charity; $55,000 to The Eddie Sutton Foundation, $30,000 to Folds of Honor and $10,000 to The Center.
For 2025 we made the decision to change courses from Indian Springs to Page Belcher, allowing for more sponsors and teams and involvement. We are excited to see what our sponsors are able to do. We have THE BEST sponsors and love the relationships that we have made over the last 10 years. It’s been a great adventure that we know Bucky would be proud of!
